Advent wool box Calendar 2024 Shades of our croft

Our first advent calendar is all about our croft here in West Mainland Shetland, the wild flowers, the landscape & the natural colours of our sheep. It will be in our  2 ply (4ply equiv. )100% Shetland Wool.

All of our wools are hand dyed here on the croft. we use wool from our sheep & buy some Shetland fleeces from other small crofts around Shetland. 

There are two options to chose from, both will have 5 different natural colours in 25g skeins and 18 hand dyed skeins. The hand dyed skeins can either be 12.5g or 25g. This will give you a total of either 350g or 575g of wool. There will also be 2 days of notions & accessories.

Each day will be a beautiful hand dyed skein, in a shade that will blend with all of the other days. They will work together in a large project such as a shawl, several small projects or pop them in your stash. 

Each day will be individually packaged, ready for you to display or hang in December.  

We are taking preorders for the calendar to ensure that we make enough, preorders will close at the begining of June, this will allow us time to sort, dye & package everything to enable collection at Shetland Wool Week for anyone visiting.

Postage -  we have not included postage in the cost of the box, there are such variations in costs to various countries & we are offering collection in Wool Week as an option so when you checkout it will be added accordingly. If your country isn't on the list, let me know & we will try to sort it out.
